Who We Are

Tim O’Shea is an experienced educator who has made a significant impact in the field of education through his administrative roles, coaching experiences, and innovative teaching practices. With a strong background in STEM implementation, literacy coaching, and technology infusion, Tim has successfully coached adults and implemented programs that have helped students reach their full potential. He takes great pride in his work as an educator and is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of his students. Throughout his career, Tim has demonstrated a passion for improving education and helping students succeed regardless of barriers in place.

Kelsey Ballard is an accomplished educator with a wealth of experience in school administration and coaching. As a proud educator, she has served as a math teacher and coach, working with students to improve their mathematical skills and foster a love of learning. Additionally, she is a principal, leading and managing school programs and initiatives with a focus on student success. Beyond her work with students, Kelsey has coached adults, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge in a variety of areas. With a commitment to lifelong learning, she has pursued doctoral studies in education, deepening her understanding of the field and expanding her ability to support educators and students.
